Making a Payment

To enable you to pay for your Water Charge and/or Waste Water Charge (if applicable), please click on the PAY MY WATER/WASTE WATER CHARGE link below.

You will be taken to a secure third party website where you will be asked to enter your customer account number plus your 6 character PIN number (Personal Identification Number).

Where both Water & Waste Water charges are being paid, individual payment transactions will need to be made.

Please note that a minimum payment of €10 towards your account applies. Please have your Credit/Laser(Debit) card to hand.

PAY MY WATER/WASTE WATER CHARGE

PIN Information:

A customer with both a Water and an associated Waste Water account will use the same PIN for both accounts.

In the event of a customer having multiple accounts representing  different properties, an individual PIN is assigned to each Water/Waste Water account.

MISPLACED PIN Number:
You will need to apply to the Revenue Department of Kerry Co Council for your unique PIN number if you have misplaced it. You may apply online by using the link below.
